Shipping and Refund Policy


Please allow 3 - 5 days for packaging and dispatch to your select address. We will contact you with details for delivery and other important information with regards to your delivery. 


While setting up a proper delivery system for some select items because they are fragile and require dedicated services, we can only offer pick-up from our business location at this time for such products

While at check out, pick-up will be the only choice acceptable  

Pick-up as usual is free, it is also dependent on available slots as all our products are baked fresh, hand made and tailored to each clients specific taste and style.


You will receive a confirmation email from us stating your order is ready for pickup, you can then  proceed to pick up at our business location, 62 Wrentmore Street, Unit 37. Please bring a copy of your confirmation email with you. Or you can quote your name and order number.



All sales of purchased goods are final.

Refunds and Exchanges

  • Refunds to customers will be made after a conclusive investigation that purchased goods were delivered in a defective form.
  • Exchanges are allowable when products are damaged on delivery.


After products have been delivered safely, refund is no longer available due to products being perishable.
